Pretty sure we've already told you. Your client does not support pirate fully, and thus, does not know that the ClassID should have the second slot opened. There are multiple things you could do, like patching the client with OllyDBG, but it's a waste of time. You have to get the right pirate files, or get the new encryption key.

CO2 Underground is a forum that only people who are exceptionally good at coding and Conquer PServers in general. Though I haven't applied, I don't even thing I would be allowed in as I have not released too many things.

its very bad this is my second day of crash trial and fail i really need one who know how to make this slots visible in pirate class or help me in DH key exchange bybass cuz i dont want to fail after all this , i am working on it from long time :(

Unfortunately, aside from the options that I have already given you, there are no other ways that I know of.

i tried the one of replacing the files but , it seems ( not sure ) that this is in one of the DLL files or the executable ... tried to solve it with server side but with no luck , tried to replace dlls ... the game be full of glitches ( Hidden NPCS , Black Screen , Items disapear )

Well, other people have successfully done it, so it must be possible and you're just doing something wrong. All I can say for now is to keep searching.
