No mate, you can run as many VM's in 1 PC you want. Depends on the PC.

I will give you an example, my machine can run 20 Vm's = 20 Bots but I just need 1 license because its based on the PC!!

If you want to run bot in your PC and your laptop then you need 2 LIcs.

If I use Account Creator for LoL and use your bot for Refs, can I get banned ? I mean they safe IP's don't they ?

So 1 licence costs 10€ ? I'll go to buy a PSC but after that how I buy the bot ?

Well Riot already made some ban waves, its a question of luck, but I also don't recommend you to do stupid accounts names like user1,user2,user3 use real nicknames.
Plus don't push it, dont do 1000 refs on the same account :p

Last banwave in 100 people i made refs 25 got banned from refs.

So take your chances :p
