Also it will take you ages to get these games above.

And well ... he/she dont rly have to set them up . As i said in my last post ...sponsoring a "fresh" team is also pretty good... it's a 50/50 chance . successfull or fail. At the first few weeks u wont get anything but if it's going good u'll get a few % of the donations(enough to pay the root bill+ some bucks for urself. The only bad thing on this is. U've to trust them. And since u can host 3+ games i'd rather sponsor some guys.

Atomix emu is pretty complete considering it is based on open beta 2 of BnS.

Actually it ain't that easy to get players on your silkroad server these days aswell. Even well-made and customized servers (like myth) doesn't get 300 players online+ whilst dymeronline which is barely changed at all got 1k players online. You just need the right product.

AION is another option
but considering that the official game became f2p maybe is not so great like some time ago

Make your own game and use this as your server. :P

No, files are not out and as far as i know we AtomixRO Gaming Network are the only ones running bns private server.

a 24gb ram with 8 cores for a sro server holding 1 gameserver + a few other games like Counter strike or such as minecraft will be forever enough instead. That much ram is pretty unneccessary. Better just get 2x that 24g host. Put double gameservers. 2k slots all areas running will be much cheaper and better. You can prevent ddos attacks from gateway by that way too also. But yeah 96gb ram is crazy. So good luck.

not sure if there's a team working on Diablo3 emulator already,but that could be a good choice,too,as far as I've heard it's gonna be awesome.

Tried diablo 3 and suprisingly it wasn't that fun :P I'd say someone should do a Gw2, TSW or Tera emulator. would be succesfull as hell.
