the complete server files are like 1gb-2gb... not 77mb.

Assume they work, everyone will want to make a server and earn money. (Who wouldn't wanna make money by hosting a 'simple server') That is if they work ofcours.

well the db is implemented in the emulator all is there.lol
well i was trying to make something good for here i saw only very few servers.

Well maybe you should have done a bit more homework into private sro servers. You know there are not many, that is for a certain reason.... Almost no one has the complete server files and databases... There are manhy fake and incomplete ones and you just happened to stumble on incomplete and old files.
