Mastery bug, no summoner cool downs

Its not 15% of 100% and then again 15% of 100 .... i guess

well it stacks ofc, but i had some % cd reduction runes but i think it would work w/o too ;)

to find the ID of a mastery that only has 1 point you just have to skill it to 1 and 0 again and again and refresh cheat engine all the time again, then after some time you ll find it, or you can simply try and manipulate some ID's but that is a bad idea ;)
and setting a pointer is good so you can refind the ID again and don t have to search it with cheat engine again :p

I did that but I cant seem to get it to 7/1 like the other ones, it just stays at 0/1 or 1/1

well you can only skill that amount of points you actually have, that means lv 6 can use 6 points etc.
that means you have to be at least lvl 28+ to use the 100% CD bug, so it won t help at the newbies, since they aren t lvl 28+ yet or they aren t really newbies anymore :p

We now this :-), but how do we keep it at 7/1, because it keeps going back to 1/1 or 0/1
