No, it doesn't change the memory. The USER who uses it is the one responsible for changing memory. You know how to use it right? Which means you know that you attach the debugger to a "CERTAIN" software. I repeat, "CERTAIN" software, Not the OS itself. You can control Memory changing softwares such as CE and MHS unlike viruses that are already executed and are compiled. But CE and MHS can be "EDITED". I repeat, "EDITED", unlike alien viruses that we get from online downloads, data transfers, etc.
