Discussion about new Cap 90 server

Still don´t understand why everyone want to balance euros as long bless,black res,skins,warrior buffs, warlock debuffs, bard tambours and much more is there.
Just disable euro and we got a challange at demon ( or if you creat a 100 cap we will need 50-70 player for medusa ) will be funny or ?

Or just make chinese more party friendly instead of nerfing europeans so they cant do shit. Keep in mind eu has pot delay.

Cap 30 , Exp Level = 0.1x Isro rates
also D1~D12 , and only from downhang to jangan maps are working

i think cap isn't the problem now , it is all about fun , and custom things, if you make it you will have your server on the top.

Cap isnt problem? 120 cap is balanced?

Still not balanced like 110 one :D
I think cap 120 in skills ratio between the two races is good.
problem is , vsro files was working to update 120 with upgrading system.
IN UPGRADING SYSTEM :

D11_A = D12_A

D11_B * which is so hard to get = 12_B

Same story on rare items....

but when 12_b and 12_c is in drops , the normal 12_c is more powerful than 12_B_RARE , which is truly unblanced at all.

if you bring back the ratios , like D10- , you will have THE BEST CAP EVER
cuz skills of chn is balanced with eur in this cap.

120 blader owns ( still not as good as a good weapon switching euro )

I don't Like the 90 Cap period , nothing special about it .

We will open a 80 and a 90 cap server soon.

90 cap , eu/ch , decrease the daredevil/prick/dagger desperate/offering/life turnover/meteor upgrades , and you'll make it much balanced.
