Uh, I'm hovering around 1300 elo and I want to get to gold but 40$ per 100 elo is just way too expensive compared to others. Is there any way to negotiate? x_x

great guy, even with all the server problems this week he found a way to get the boost done. would use again over anyone else.

Talking to him on skype and decided to give him a bump :)
