If you want the gift you reach lvl 6 for lvl 6 gift, and lvl 12 for lvl 12 gift. After that you go to email.The email takes like 24-48 hours. may be 1 mins, 10 hours, 2 days.. it depends.
The steps you have to do is..

Open the email of your gift.
-Scroll down as much as you can.
-Scroll back up.
-Click -"Click here if the message is not displayed correctly.
- Now , you can click the "here" link. just click it , you get redirected.
- Select your gender of your character.
-Select a set.
-At lvl 12 i think it -Select a weapon-. and skill.
-10 minutes later you should get a capsule.
-it not gonna gamble 1 day or 7 day or 30 day or perm. it gives 7 days.
-Every gift is 7 days from these mails.
-Press Thanks.
