Does the Frozen SS/FB edits go into the C3 texture folder?

There is a "Readme" file in the .rar folder. But I think it goes to c3 -> effects -> SwordGas (if the folder doesn't exist, make it)

Well i downloaded WinRar but im not so sure how to use it. And i want to download ur ice scent sword into my files but im not sure how? Any help...

Well...

1. Make sure you have WinRar
2. Download the desired file
3. Extract it
4. Open the readme to see where to put it
5. Copy/Cut - Paste the files into the folder
6. Enjoy! ;)
