bot sucks!!!! good i tried on low lvl char it said "Cannot PK"

i read all this pages but..
i made all the steps and when i go to open the bot
appears "OpenSourceBot Run-time error '339' - Component 'RICHTX32.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid"
