thats the point... we dont come to "Welcome" ... after it gets to "enabled" this Error occurs

man please help iam open the hack and press on the lock and it open ok 4 now but when i press change 2 make the hack on nothing happen it tell me on but nothing so please help i use (win:vista:32)

Can someone tell me what to do? I don't know a lot of computers and that kind of stuff.

I cANT use it when i open my s4 and the hack i press the lock thing and is say something enable and it give me continue and exit i press continue nothing happen i press exit the HWID disapear
