Easy Way to make a runescape Private server

well, the command for items don't work!!!
i need some help,... and the items don't disappear, they just stay!!!

its extreamly simple basicly download a source download a client or use mopar open the source double click run and logg in
oh and btw [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] is slightly easyer to follow

the problem i keep getting is i updated all the items so i got bandos chest d claws d pl8 all that stuff but they equip in wrong place and forgot how to fix xD

Ah, nevermind I found it...

Ok, whenever I try to run the "runserver.bat" file, it instantly closes after opening, is there something I'm doing wrong? Is there like a certain download I need to open .bat files? Oh, also, I cant seem to find the characters list :/

basically when ig ot to runserver.bat ntohing coems up and then when i go to complie to see whats up and it says i do not have JDK 6.0 installed and i do and i even have the update help me :(:(:(:( and i dont hve a charachters list is it because im using vista?

what does a private server do?
