[BUG] pld-8 to 3030 & use design without waiting

These are good for me but sharing bugs via this way isn't good for us :)

i do that:

100 pld-8 = 6-7 000 PLT-3030.
I have more 5 500, i try to use bug agine ,but .. doesn't work ..why ?

i need to .. use all PLT-3030 and will take more 4 000 pld for PLT-3030 and will have or.. ?
