100 exp is too much dude...
10 exp is fine as it is and is easy enough to lvl with 10x without any hesitation..

if he is going to make a normal pserver so.. maybe 10x ?! or 20 x?[ make sure that single player can up level easy .... ] :D
but anyway i hope that u will make a pserver english and i m sure that i will donate .
