Err is there maybe a quest database of cabal at the internet ?

well, there should be, but i dont think all would be there
i know all the class quests (i think even introduction quests too)
theres just talk to ur main city officer>instructor> go to other city take 1st quest make it,then go 2nd city take quest and make it, go 3rd city take quest, do the class dungeon and thats it
