just unrar the patch into the client folder and repleace all.

When i launch it it send an error...can you help me by teamviewer please ?

you start the client from .bat not from .exe
download this file :
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

now extract that inside the game folder if you want to edit the ip just right click and edit with notepad , now its set to 127.0.0.1 , do not touch the port!
