1. Go to your control panel and select Clock, Language, and Region.Quote:
2. Underneath Region and Language select Change Keyboards or other input methods
3. Click Keyboards and Languages
4. Click change keyboards
5. Click add and find Germany then click keyboard then click germany again
6. Make sure Germany is below English
7. Then change the defualt input language from english to germany
8. Hit Apply then ok
Should look something like this

Should fix your pick up problem.
