Regarding WC3, I mostly play DotA nowadays both on Battle.net and Garena.
I was wondering if TFTLocal works with the latest version of Dota (v6.69c) if I'm playing on Garena. Thanks.

Well, you don't use lossbots to play against yourself, because that wouldn't make sense.
Blizzard wants to make people with equal skill to play against each other.

When you loose 200 games, Blizzard thinks you are a really big noob and you play against other noobs. Than you can win these games easily.
The trick is, that you can get more than 200 games against noobs this way. So you can get 3k - 1k with averange skill.
