dont be apologetic for your small error, you have gave us quite a lot and no matter what, mistakes happen to the best of us.

i have a problem i can't launch offlineserver.exe When i click it the application is in loading but not appear nothingh.

1.8.3.3 works fine here...

Just 3 Things. I cant use Powerups, the 100% & Elite Tuning Parts are gone.
Any Informations about that ?

you have to reach lvl2 before powerups work and prob the same for elite parts as well

@CoolK_92: They were reset back to the normal ones in the online version (from July 2015). Maybe they come back. Just wait... :)
