I have still a same problem. One ow my PCs is still not selecting avatars on any of VMs. All bots are up to date.

That problem ll never be fixed ... i tried to get help here like 5 times ...

so just check bots every few hours and do it manually

Yeah but its weird. I have that problem only on one pc.

That's wierd, I have only been using NHC for a couple weeks now, but have NEVER seen that on any of my machines or VMs. I have it set to update VMtools when the machine restarts if there is a new version and have all the drivers up to date on the host but I don't know if that's different from anyone else.
The only issues I ever have with NHC (Version 359 Currently) and VMware Workstation 9 are as follows:

1. It won't buy XP on some of the VMs if I'm really pushing it and running more VMs than I should on a machine
Fix: Don't run so many VMs and push it too hard :) If I see a VM w/o XP boost I just manually buy it.

2. I can't cut/paste to a machine sometimes.
Fix: Update VM tools if it's not updated on that VM, then restart the machine. Wait a while if that still doesn't work and somehow it magically fixes itself after some time...

3. Bot gets stuck trying to buy XP even though it already has a boost...and just keeps restarting and trying to buy it
Fix: Disable Buying XP in config for that machine/that account...when that account finishes, re-enable.

4. Bot Almost AFK's out of matches sometimes...Warning pops up and
everything...
Fix: It finishes the match always before it afk's so It's no issue to me. But it does cut it close. I imagine people are having this problem and actually going AFK if they are running too many machines.

5. Wierd Errors when restarting a bot "issue with league of legends, would you like to report this..." or other wierd error messages.
Fix: Always power down machines when you close VMware. Easiest way to do this is just click on the "X" to close the window (lol) and say yes when it asks if you want to power off the machines.

Hi i bought today nhc and i open 4 vms and while lol is on loading screen is offing some 1 can help me ?

i give 1024 mb per VM
I have i5 4x3.2ghz DDr3 1600Mhz please for fast respond

My problem looks when bots get 100% on vm ware they offing but on Virtual box they dont but (test manually) because bot wont work on virtual box dont know what 2 do :((
