OWNEDCARS are gifts and CARS are special cars if I remember correctly. Just pass me the catalog of the one you're mentioning of and I'll add it into 1.8.3. :p

1 You are using a saved game from a server, "Berkay2578 Dev"?
2 You turn on the server as an administrator?
3 Your files games are not damaged?
4 updated the JAVA?
5 reinstalled Python? + clear register ?
6 delete all files in localization %temp% (manually)
7 Other games work well on your PC?
8 You've done everything as it is written in the README file?
9 location in which you keep the server? ( I recommend desktop )

Ok there is a mess here (because I experiment and you are experienced :handsdown: ) , but it is what I have collected in the past to use in the servers from 1.5 to 1.7 so zipped it all in its sets because I do not know what you'll need. You can quick look at the sets and know what is what and of course whats needed.

The boost versions of the cars look like they are in productsInCategory_STORE_OWNEDCARS.xml's and in previous versions when I add all 3 files I get both igc and boost and all the useless rentals as well...

When Server editor asks me to select nfsw.exe, I select the file from programdata but it says:
Exception Caught!
Could not find file: 'C:\Users\Me\Desktop\beta 2\settings.ini'.
And then it closes.

are you stupid or what? I did that yesterday, still the same, game crashes after few minutes.... 'server error, fatal errorcode 13' no solution for this, i tryed everything!!

the server doesnt start, it times out after 15 seconds and aborts

What's been done for 1.8.3:

• Broken car baskets were replaced with corrected ones. (Thanks to GlideImage and gamermca).
• Inventory parts can now be sold.
• Inventory parts now have a limit. (eg: When you have 350 performance parts, you can no longer get performance parts until you open space in your inventory.)
• Race rewards, event type multipliers, and drop rates can now be changed from the Server Launcher.
• Fixed a bug where a broken TH couldn't be revived.
• Fixed a bug where TH would reset on start if it wasn't completed yet.
• Fixed a bug where the server would count XMLNodes as if it was one less. (THIS FIXES WEIRD SELL CAR BUGS AND &R__86 FLASHES)

What's more to be done for 1.8.3:

• Fix the bug where TH can't be reset back to 0 days when it's broken.
• Correctly price each car in catalogs. Maybe(?) add boost versions.
• ???

I think that you yourself decide.
If the car behind SpeedBoost will not be the risk of errors I would gladly see the appendix ^^ It is not necessary but how can you make a few cars for a SpeedBoost that would be nice
