[Release] ID Manager

Good work ^^

When I try to open "IDManage HWID.exe", I get a error saying: Windows cannot access the specific device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access them.

I don't know if others have posted this problem previously but...

Anyway, help would be appreciated it.
