We don’t hard-brand the loader. Resellers asked for a customizable splash, so the main page can show their own image/logo. That’s why you see Shadow on the GUI.

Shadows is a PlaySharp reseller, and it’s managed by @[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] That’s been the setup for a long time.

on the refund: i can’t process it personally because it runs through the reseller, but I’ve already forwarded your request directly to @[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] You should get a response within one business day.

well i hope your words good We’d rather issue a refund than keep someone who drags everyone down. cause i ve been asking for a refund but this we your saying is also saying no to my refund yes you called me stupid and i told you to suck your mom in response shadow is calling my a lier and everything idk what i am lying about they even get mad at me for saying there a reseller the support seem to be in charge of refunds on shadows also so idk why its up to tesla i would like you to change this We’d rather issue a refund than keep someone who drags everyone down. cause there straight saying no to me only support that was nice to me in the full shadow server was james

This guy been bitching and crying about updates for 4 days straight in the discord lmao. Shadows is working perfectly for me and I resubbed again for 30 days

you could have saved 15% by subbing to playsharp and i bet they are already updated to the newest patch also crying in the discord cause no ones active no staff just your vip devs saying they will push a update then go ghost and blame tesla for not saying anything

Incorrect. From what I see, both websites charge $30 for 30 days, but Shadows also has cashback, which can make it effectively cheaper.

If you run into issues, there are proper ways to report them (/suggestion or /report-bug). The claim that the platform is “dead” or that updates take “years” isn’t accurate. The only broken feature was silent aim for healing allies, which has already been fixed after being reported.

The cheat is essentially $1/day, and from my perspective as a new customer, the support and updates seem to be working fine. You're just trying to start drama for no reason.

i dont know if you can see but i used the bug and suggestion option and also made a ticket and was told it works my config was wrong only when other people said it broke they said they would look into it then i was told a patch later that day was coming out to fix it about 5 days after and then the so called fix took 2 days and no one say anything about when it would be fix they only said it was coming out and then blamed tesla for not saying anything i even made a video showing it didnt work also if you dont speak english well some of the staff will make fun of you or call you "slow" instead of asking if you speak a diffrent language the staff didnt even ask what language i speak or if i am esl they jumped to calling me slow they also banned me from loader then unbanned me and apparently it was a bug but on my side i was still banned when they said i was unbanned and said probably because i didnt restart my pc which they never said i had to do

i had tesla tell if me silent is working then ally healing is working so i must be config wrong and someone else on the support team called me slow also
