If I pay for a product, it doesn't work, and I'm denied any form of support or 'AS,' what else do you call that besides a scam? And bringing up the price is just plain stupid. The amount doesn't matter; whether it's 1 dollar or 100, it’s the principle of the matter. Seeing those interactions was the final straw for me. As soon as my current subscription ends, I’m finding another platform and getting out of here.
gIf you are absolutely set on using PS, keep these points in mind
Stick to Rotation Developers: Keep your communication strictly limited to the rotation developers. Make sure to keep your distance from the administrative staff.
Watch Your Tongue: Never talk back to the staff or developers. While you might not get banned, you’ll likely end up muted.

Unsurprised, join all the others who are disappointed. Silvi has surrounded themselves with yes men and bootlickers, creating what I like to call a "cult-like userbase." So when you say anything out of line about Silvi or the PS product, expect to get piled on by those users. I can tell you this firsthand, as I have been banned 2x from their Discord for not falling in line with what they want me to say.
PS core itself wasn't a bad product. As for the rotations, back when I used it, almost everything was AI slop. Nowadays, I don't know, I haven't followed up with PS in half a year, but from what I understand, it's just the same nonsense, and it sounds from your dismay that this is still the case.
There are so many users like you, but sadly, most don't come to the forums to share their dismay; they just rant in Discord about it and/or move on to other products. There have been others who post on their marketplace thread, but those posts seem to magically get removed. So mostly you will only find PS cult shills on the forums pushing alternative narratives.
At the end of the day, with PS, either you hate it or love it, depending on who you are.
Even while I was exiled from the PS community, I still gave the core product a fair review, even after multiple detections, which recently seem to be under control for the time being, and I was obviously critical about the rotations that the community offers during that period that I did use it.
