It works fine, kinda. You need to be 1 level above if you want to get items. Exception is when you reach new degree. Example: You reach level 32, you will get new weapon, rings and gloves. Seems to be pretty random for me when I get a new wep and when not.. relogged several times, ported etc. finally got it on lvl 18

Hi mr blue nice server , stones degree 5 ,4 ... are not stack-able is it a bug or this is how the game it is ? :D

9d are stackable. Why do you need stones d4,5?
