Sry iam very busy right now, i should have answered earlier. After the Owl Suppression Operation Arc he lost his arm and got kidnaped from Eto to Dr. Kanou who made him an one-eye.

Before that plot happened, Eto kidnaped her father Yoshimura, the non-killing old owl from Anteiku (after he got defeated from the CCG), and brought him to Dr. Kanou.

Dr. Kanou wasnt thematised in the anime but his role is essential lol. He experimentalised the topic RC-cells, which is the real difference between humans and ghouls. So he took the Ukaku crawl from Yoshiumura and gave it to takizawa. After the experimentation he tortured him in specific ways in order to get takizawa loosing his humanity.

Thanks for clarification! I understand now. Well I tried read manga, but I couldn't follow it. Like so many characters to follow, and manga seems totally different then anime and it's so confusing, since I started with anime. Will try give another shot soon at the manga :D

Hm, you should delete the 2nd Season out of ya mind. It wasn�t canon with the manga. The first season only adapted 70 Chapter ... and there are still 100 Chapter of plot missing before TG:Re starts (:re is already at chapter 170 again.. it will take some time to get there x) ).

The manga might be confusing for you but once you banned the anime-experience out of ya mind, the manga will grow to a masterpiece. Sure, it isn�t a easy one to follow because of those charakters but once you�ll get comfortable with it ... it will be lit :)

In der 3. Staffel die ersten 12 Folgen konnte ich noch halbwegs etwas verstehen. Aber die Folgen der derzeitigen Season sind so verwirrend. Ich glaube man muss echt den Manga lesen um auch nur i.etwas verstehen zu k�nnen.

Meiner Meinung nach richtig reingekackt. Die Staffeln 1 & 2 sind top. Alles danach Richtung flop.
