In my case the game has stuck in "Attempting to reconnect".
When I restarted it i get ..

Error Wrong client version for server
Error The given key was not present in the dictionary.

from the bot.
After game update to 4.4, i get the same message.

it works well with me

Still working fine for NA. Patch doesn't come till about 57 minutes more.

i updated the game :( now its not working
is there a solution ???

If theres an update then we need to wait for @Mroku to update the bot. Still works fine for NA, but probably not for long.

For the people who can't even play LoL , I am on EUNE , I had the >undetermined< issue , and I managed to solve it using HotspotShield , connecting to US or UK proxy , made LoL work , also if doesn't work(if you dont see the Play button) , change your region to Brasil , let it update 2-3 seconds and then change it to your region and you'll see you press Play .
I hope this helped , for me it's working , I updated to patch 4.4 via proxy , and I don't feel like deactivating it just to make sure I can play xD
