Says Shard manager and Game server to me!

This was a very simple guide and very good also, i got it to work first shot and i don't even have experience with sql. Is all about paying attention and have a decent logic.
Thanks to zikor1337 i have my own private server now(private not public).
I managed to change a thing or two such as alchemy enchantment rates (30 + safe enchantment) auto max level on new char creation...etc.
I still haven't found a way to change the rates on the server or the rare drop probability.
I am running the server on Athlon X2 5000+BE (OC-ed to 3.2Ghz) with 4GB's or DDR2. and is stable and okay. I have no disconnects or stuff like that, it runs 99% stable.

PS: Dupa ce mi-am facut serverul m-am plictisit enorm si instant de joc....nu mai are farmec deloc...asa ca nu recomand.

i don't know what it is but someone told me that can be the database conection in srShard.ini and srGlobalService.ini or the ODBC but i think all is ok check here :

Open
3 - CustomCertificationServer in Blitzkrieq_Bin_Data\bin and wait till it says something like this :

Status: Certification Server started on YOURIP:32000
Status: Press ESC to exit...

And don't close it them try to open GlobalManager

passed that error now it ask for certification and global manager closes

any1 know why SR_SHARDMANAGER ain't working propelly?
everything is running ok, when I come to SR_SHARD and SR_GAMESERVER it keeps like this
