ok i have an idea there is a program - Hide IP Platinum - it's change your proxy (what you need to connect to server) its do it random but you can press change it till it comes hongkong i was useing it like year ago dont know like now and if you proxy will be from hongkong maby it will join server like you are from chainese :P if someone understand my try it i'm goning to bed
