I encountered with this problem too, but found a solution:

Open the carslots.xml with the bulit in file editor in the server launcher, and then just click to save. After done this, I could load my persona without any errors.

yeah, it's total shit.

i'm getting every few minutes 'Server error Fatal error 13' WTF? never had any errors in previous versions, how to fix this? Anyone? ?

I thought about buying it but it's not out on PC yet and am glad.
It is online only so as with all EA's other games, once sales drop and they no longer profit, they will close the servers.
That is my take on this, but who knows.

The game does look fun, but I wont waste the money on it considering it is online only.
The story line seems rather lame and predictable as hell too.
I read that once you finish the storyline, there is no "big bang" no huge reward and nothing to do after that.

Is there any plans to randomize TH rewards? Or you designed it only for getting SB?

Manually select nfsw.exe from where? I remember previous version opened a dialogue where I could browse and select the exe file but this version doesn't show anything. It just says select manually. I tried adding path in settings.ini file but even that doesn't work.

Upgraded to threshold 2, powerups do work now, idk what was it, but it isn't anymore lol.

Offtopic, no, you are not going to use drivers you want/need, we will decide for you..., and even our tool for it will not work anymore, so f**you :D. It just reqires to spend more than 5 minutes under Windows in order to remmember why it is removed and dual-booted on one PC for games.

It will ask you when you press Start NFS World.

It was because you were level 1. I'm not rewriting the game here, level 1 = {Maximum Heat Level -> 3, Powerups -> Off, Bots -> Super Easy}.

There was some problem with Java. It wasn't starting the server. Reinstalled it, selected nfsw.exe and it works fine now. Thanks!

i have some issues with this version, when im trying to buy another car it hit me a message like this: "AN ERROR HAS OCURRED" and i can´t buy more cars, i has been played as my older account from server 1.7, and from a new account build in 1.8, but that doesn´t fix this ERROR, What i can do?, its my PC or its a bug of the server?, or i didn´t install it correct?.

I downloaded it and it was all great and running-thanks for your effort o/
However when I bought an evo MR it stopped working and everytime I launch the game it freezes and stops working..
