That means you got caught in game wearing nothing. It's not the IM fault, it's your fault for being sloppy.

Uhmm since it's a perma ban I doubt.
You could try to ticket them, but since this was applied by a GM ingame, and he had, himself, evidence....
You could try to say you had a keylogger >_< or smth..

This is what I got.

At first I logged in just fine. Thought about coming to give this a check up, and seen there was an update. Read a couple of post to see what the hype was about, restarted s4 with this and everything deleted. Logged in-Connecting and BAM. Glad it was fake account with 10minute mail.

u.u i cant download it, my nod32 (5256 version last update) eliminate it inmediately ._. if i desactive it, then when i want to use the IM in game, the nod32 eliminate IM inmediately again. What can i do ? i dont really sure to want to change my antivirus.. =/ ( sry for my english... im soo spanish XP)

I advise you to create a blog or a site because alaplaya should be monitoring this one = X

I advise you to create a new account because your account until you get right back (IN crying Mode, xD) will delay ....
