It affects the overall exp you get at the success of the stage.

Try observing the letter F gradually changes to SS as you hit more targets and compile combo. enabling that cheat can change it to maxed

1) Open point shop
2) Go to consumes
3) Buy 1 Event Dungeon Festival Tickets
4) Then try to buy again . I cannot enter 111 as your example

Can you explain more?
