You can wait out the 7-14 day shadowban. If you were permanently banned your new account would have received a bank. If you wait 7-14 days you should be good to go, from my understanding.

This is not accurate. Riv's camo tool (pre-RUT) and Melo's GeinHagg users have no bans.

For obvious reasons, I will not comment on what the detection was, Rivera likely would feel the same.

I think this is false. I used the tool 2 months ago and i still have all the skins and i'm not banned. I am removing the blueprints now just for safety reasons.
I think they got detected through something else.
