Even though it supports English players, the team does not support them. Your query goes un-answered for weeks. PM-ing a staff member ingame is just a waste of your time as there'll not be any response from them in what so little time they're even online.
The client keeps crashing and you get kicked out of the game if you try to loggin with another account (your buffer) and this question goes un-answered on forum (note: they do support any other language speakers, it's just not for the English speakers)
