Just for clarification since I haven't been on epvp for ages: Is this a legit server or is it rather for testing purposes? What works, what doesn't? Short answer will do.

Too much for tellin short, stuff like Sp's / Skills / Upgrades / Mounts / Families ... working.
Raids / Save (PVP) and smth like this arent.

Are quests, proper PVE and drops working as well? As it sounds pretty good, when is the registration open again?

Quests - Implemented yes, created no.
Pve - 90%
Drops - Yes
