Sorry about the little bit of downtime there. I moved DNS hosts as the site seemed to be coming grinding to a hault. Turns out Level3 had pulled BGP routes so all the traffic was being forwarded via Anycast to an upstream DNS server hosted by my home internet company (Bigpond) rather than the server that was behind the Level3 connection (which was offline). I'm on the phone to Level3 now but in the meantime all traffic has been redirected over Hurricane Electrics, please take note that things may become even more unstable whilst I re-establish BGP peering with Level3.

There is lag for most people because they have 300+ms ping. some go over 1.5 seconds (!). Ever tried to play any other action game with such a ping?

So what do you expect? There are 30+ guys online which are spamming EMPs, ISHs,...

There are 78 active connections, all over one tiny 2mbps connection to my home. Plus its over WiFi to my laptop... so yes... lag!

Thats client side lag. I dont care about that.
I expect the game to be lag free for people living in australia. I also expect the game to be lag free for europeans as soon as its hosted in europe.

we need cooldown for ISH smartbomb etc. because players spam 9999999x this and server start lag!
