I got a working GG atm. (No portals to next wave, next wave just appears when you've finished the previous wave.)
So next version will have a GG A wich gives;
20k x4, 5k RSB, 3k rankpoints, 25% chance to get a LF4.

LF4's and RSB will be removed from shop. Aliens won't drop X4 ammo anymore.
I fixed the design-buy bug. This DOES however mean it won't be savegame compatible because it was a problem with the savegame.

I don't know release date yet, I still have quite some things to do still.

Other things I've done;
Replaced shield-rep bot with shieldrestore tech
Skill-designs are 250k
Bastion/enforcer is 100k

But i can it still activate with 9?

Run the game as administrator. Only a handfull of people have problem with saving, and I really have no idea why. I have my UAC at fullest and I can save just fine.

Yes. Same hotkey, just a different function.

Update graphics card drivers and update Directx. If that doesn't help, you need to get a better graphics card.
