meaning unless you want just +4. use +5 and up, dont use 21 cause it wil give you continued fails?????

maybe he's messing with us because we are almost there.. so if they say 14 00 appears even if you do nothing then this is not it.. 21 00 appears only if were to upgrade something.. ok ill stick now with 21 00..^_^ and as what Altec2 said "what a stupid hint".. hhahaha
