Es konnte keine Verbindung hergestellt werden, da der Zielcomputer die Verbindung verweigerte. if i try to acces the homepage this message is what i get

Root is not online
We have to wait for Styler

Ok hier ist euer Statment leider bleibt der Server bis Montag Offline !
Da Styler das Wochenende nicht Online kommen .
Und ich feststellen musste das die Kosten für denn Root heute fällig sind aber ich nicht die Daten da hab um zu Bezahlen muss das Styler machen und solange ist der Root anscheinend von Netz genommen .

Since the weekend Styler does not come online.
And I had to find because the cost of root are due today but I do not have to pay because the data needs to make the Styler and while there is apparently taken from the root system.
