Read the Tutorial:

English

well, this problem *Not Authorized"*
always or mostly happens with windows xp i tryed it many times with xp doesn't work so i just installed windows 7 :) hope iam helping
Edit : i forgot that in windows xp maybe people don't know how to run as admin when you run as admin it ask for a password even if you dont have a password for Administrator . in fact i don't know what to write in the user and password when running as admin in windows xp LOL o.o so i installed windows 7

Open a Textfile, and copy your password in it o.o
