Microsoft Windows Installer 3.0

Does anyone has this kind of installer? Not by downloading through Microsoft, a free one. Any help? Thanks...

scroll down an little bit and there yoy see the link to de framework 2.0
and that is free!!!! that you have to install!!!

BUT, my program when he see that, he is going to download it from my server, and than installed that program.

then COTools is going further with setup :-)

I already have downloaded the framework 2.0 but still it needs the Microsoft Windows Installer 3.0 as prerequisite to fully install the program of yours, yet i dont have the windows installer 3.0, when i click the link (microsoft windows installer 3.0), it leads me to the microsoft site which is original, i need a free one. Thanks and More Power!

that installer 3.0 is from microsoft self!! it has noting to make with my program!
you have an illegal windows running but i have an sulution for you! please send an message to my e-mail [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] and i send you an program to make your windows legal :-) with an good serial number,

than you can do Windows Update, and there is the microsoft installer 3.0 in it!

then you can download the Framework 2.0

thats simply just not possible, items turn to +1 when you pick them up, not on the ground...
