Both are extremely easy to setup.

Download the launchers and you're good to go.

I thought external programs need some certain setups in OS before injection, if i decide to stop using one hack, do I have to delete all tracer files first?

The only need that is sometimes needed is disabling secure boot in bios, which should by default be disabled. Otherwise, it’s plug and play.

You only need to delete tracers if (1) you’ve been banned or (2) your previous provider had a detection.

Would you still recommend Infinite Spoofer for HWID spoofing if I only play MW2019 even next year? I feel I would have to run HWID spoofer every time when I open my pc lol

INFINITE currently only covers Modern Warfare, so yes.

You can inject your cheat first, then launch the spoofer, then launch the game.
