I love kids like you who just say "fail server bb", whats so hard in giving constructive feedback to make the Server better? No you just hop the Servers like underwear and cry instead of helping making them better.

About the rates: We probably gonna make the EXP from x20 to x25 on the upcoming patch, so both sites should be fine.
