Buffy , VA need an update please

sorry annoy you again but new build now break VA

Guys, have any of you problems with Visual Advance on Win 8.1?
I was using that program in Win Xp and 7 for a wile and I had no problems, but since I installed Win 8.1 it give me a weird error message.

It make his auto-update without problems, but when I click the LAUNCH button it give me this error:

"The program can't start because d3dx9_40.dll is missing from your computer. Try to reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

It is possible to be related with the old D3D dll from DX9? I don't understand. Can any body give me a solution or an explanation?

Download the dll from for example here: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
Then put it into your GW2 directory. Retry, if there are other dll's missing then do the same thing with them

new build break VA thank you for great prog

VA have bug when last patch : any player who stealth VA still show dot on radar not move and also if zerg make veil all dots on radar will still show but not move

please note that i'll be out of town all weekend long due to family stuff.
