if Console Froze, try again and again

i've tried it like 50-100 times now
it worked only 1 time and that was on a combi

99% of the rest it kept freezing like a f***
somebody make a new tutorial please with the '' CORRECT TIMING '' when to inject and suspend & resume please...
the guy who made the tutorial hasnt even got a mouse you dont know when he clicks. -_- f*** this sh**
