Enter your accounts password for it, lol.
Also, it might help, if you turn User account control off.
What you do, go to Control Panel, click user Accounts, and then there's a User account control button, or something like that (Im not on vista atm), Click disable. It requires restart.

thanks for ur help man i appreciate it.... i learned sumthing though... but it still not working it keep saying " there is no services available" it seems theyr not letting me use it... but i thank you bro.... i guess i have to use the old hacks... :D
