I finally got it to work by changing the proxyip and serverip to 192.168.0.101

well... works for me with ip 127.0.1.1 but for those who it isnt working change this:
in server.dat ip of your server into 192.168.1.1
and in qoproxy.ini remoteloginip to 192.168.1.1
this should help at least solved problems for some ppl
