Its some kind of achievement for completing one of "secret mission", there are 4 or 5 of those secrets that will give you this in log and also make some effect + some of them give you special achievement, if anyone interested I can make a list of them ;)

I want to get through my gates faster. what would be a smarter buy a pusat design for the extra laser slot or upgrading two lf4s to lvl 16? around the same cost

1 laser slot give you more dmg than 2 upgraded lf4s but still pusat is not worth it cause of its low shields and hp, also hp rep is way slower cause of lower hp.

yes but in goli you have 5-6% dmg boost so more dmg in goli better to get more lf4 ^^

yes better full lf4 and surgeon with 6& extra dmg or any other with 5% dmg. for dmg...

He was not talking about which design he got, he could also have exalted/spectrum etc. so it really depends...
