1-) Players who reached 100 lv from 94 and made +7 set with blues also killed uniques.
2-) Players who is just logged in ur server and do pvp etc..
3-) Players who is reported bugs by using which system (epvpers thread or ticketsystem)
4-) Players who have ballz ?

I guess it means you can't connect to the server cause your pc has exceeded it's limit.
